Our lead designer will meet with you along with our exceptional kitchen cabinet designer. We’ll measure for complete CAD layouts to begin your 3D Model of your dream kitchen design. We conclude with an amazing design presentation then off we go to select the very best material choices for lighting, appliances, tiles, counters, hardware and so much more.
For our bathroom remodels, our professionals will begin with layout & CAD designing. Your designer will gather 2 to 3 design layouts for your bathroom then invite you to the showroom where you can preview and provide feedback. Once final materials have been selected, we will create color renderings to help you visualize your beautiful, timeless bathroom.
Curated Furnishings & Decor
Meet with an expert Designer to preview your home & provide a furniture layout, source & procure the perfect furnishings to create a beautiful space to relax, unwind, and gather with family & friends. Flat fee bundle pricing offered for 2 or more rooms. Minimum 12 Hour time blocks offered at designer rate.

Luxury Home Staging
Let’s start with a Pre-Listing Consultation!
A team member will meet with the homeowner and agent for a 1-2 hour home consultation. We walk through room by room and give "staging guidance" based on the homeowner’s existing furnishings. After the completion of our meeting, the homeowner and agent will receive an in depth findings report and suggestions made during the consultation. Links are provided for suggested items to purchase for homeowner to enhance their home before listing on the market.
We offer complimentary consultations for Luxury Home Staging options to our real estate partners and homeowners in Orange County and beyond. Our staging services include vacant homes, occupied homes, vacation homes, accessory & decor staging using existing items or newly purchased and special pricing for investment “flip” properties. We provide our customers with a variety of luxury furnishings to enhance the appearance of their home. We actively seek the newest and latest in home designs to maintain an up to date and unique environment!
